Magnums is the industry leader in budget accommodation in Airlie Beach. The management team at Magnums are constantly on the lookout for new and better ways to improve their service and audits the the business from back of house through to front very regularly to ensure they are exceeding guest expectations. 8 Seconds was tasked to facilitate a customer service training session for the front of house staff focussing on how to ensure you deliver great service and conflict resolution which worked to cement a benchmark for all staff to work above.
It is practices such as these which enable Magnums to enter Tourism Whitsundays annual Tourism Awards and 8 Seconds was tasked to create four submissions in total for the year 2015. Of the four, Magnums successfully won two submissions, and took out a highly commended for the third.
