It is easier to create a strategy if you know what you are aiming for. Do you want to increase sales or connect with your customer? Is you goal revenue-based or traffic-based? What does your competitor do?
Only if you set to your main goal will you be able to measure your success.
When you have your goal, you should build a plan to achieve it. When strategising, always do so with the end goal in mind. If it doesn’t get you to your goal, leave it. Only action tasks that will get you results.
Time for reflection, what worked and what didn’t. Reviewing the results will give you an opportunity to plan your next strategy with more certainty and therefore provide better results.
